LIST 1 OR 2 ‘GOLD MEDAL’ MOMENTS IN YOUR LIFE: Every moment to Gold but I’d have to say passing through each Kung Fu grading is special as I find something about myself after each one.
WHO ARE YOUR CHAMPIONS: I admire anyone who is truly passionate about what they do in life. Whether they are making a difference to a thousand lives or just themselves it doesn’t matter as long what their doing brings happiness.
IN YOUR OPINION, WHAT MAKES AN EVERYDAY CHAMPION: Someone who looks inside rather than outside for answers and seeks to understand their self. They love what they do and understand the realities of life, are truly generous without intent on getting anything in return. Most importantly they smile. Everyone person is a champion but a lot of people do not realise it.
WHAT’S YOUR MOTTO: “This too shall pass” and “Everything in life is Impermient” We shall all have good days and bad days, the “goodness” and “badness” depending on circumstances or viewpoint. Accept what comes, knowing that both good and bad will pass, and stay focused on the important points of life.
